Now, before you dive into the excitement of Feud to Fortune BD, let's go through the important Terms & Conditions to ensure a smooth and fair competition for all participants.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

‍

The chances of winning will depend on each participant's achievement of their assigned sales target and total number of sales.

‍

Sales volume for prize qualification shall be calculated based on the total units sold by each Partner between September 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (PST Time Zone).

‍

ELIGIBILITY

‍

Feud to Fortune BD 2025 is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years old or older, as well as valid business entities, that:

‍

(a) are already registered as Partners of GearLaunch.com as of September 1, 2025

(b) register and are approved as Partners of GearLaunch.com between September 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

(c) The account owner must be from Bangladesh and the account must be signed up from the Bangladesh region.

‍

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

‍

All individuals and/or entities that are Partners in good standing as of the start of Feud to Fortune BD 2025 will be automatically eligible to win.

‍

Individuals who aren't Partners but want to join Feud to Fortune BD 2025 must first visit GearLaunch's website at GearLaunch.com, complete the applicable registration process, and receive an email confirmation.

‍

All completed registrations must be received by the last day of the contest program period in order to be eligible for a prize. The GearLaunch.com database clock will be the official timekeeper for this contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

‍

SELECTION OF WINNERS

‍

Each GearLaunch Partner shall have the opportunity to win prizes beyond the profits from selling GearLaunch products and/or services.

‍

Main Cash Rewards: Will be awarded to Partners who achieve their assigned sales target during the challenge period. 

‍

To unlock the cash prize, a seller must reach their Goal (Total Sale Units for 4 months). For example, a seller with a total target of 30,727 units will receive a $13,000 cash reward upon reaching that goal; if below this target, no reward will be received.

‍

VIP MasterMind Tickets: Will be awarded based on the number of sales earned during the challenge. For every 209 units sold during the 4-month period, sellers qualify for one VIP MasterMind ticket 2026 in Dhaka. 

‍

There is no cash option available for this prize. For example, if a seller sells 600 units, they will receive 2 tickets for the VIP MasterMind event.

‍‍

Monthly Streak Prizes: Awarded to sellers who achieve their monthly goals. Each month features a specific goal (special goals for each month are already filled in the spreadsheet), and successful achievers receive the designated monthly gift. 

‍

For purposes of these Rules, "Sales" shall be defined as all products sold by a Partner of GearLaunch, not including any subsequent deductions for canceled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or other disqualifying events (collectively, "Chargebacks"). 

‍

Sold units from the takedown campaign due to legal issues, chargeback, fraud, refund, and from disabled stores during this promotion period are not counted toward the contest.

‍

ALL DETERMINATIONS REGARDING PROFITS AND CHARGEBACKS SHALL BE MADE BY GEARLAUNCH IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION PURSUANT TO GEARLAUNCH.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE AT GEARLAUNCH.COM.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

‍

‍All potential winners will be notified via email, within approximately two working weeks after potential winners are picked. It will take another 4 – 6 weeks for the prizes to be distributed to the winners.

‍

"Notification" is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending an email. In order for a potential winner to claim their prize, they must respond within seven (7) business days of Notification and may be required to sign and return additional documents required by GearLaunch. Failure to comply within this time period, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable or not returned properly executed, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in the potential winner forfeiting the prize.

PRIZES

‍

Cash rewards are available for main prizes as specified for each individual seller. VIP MasterMind tickets have no cash redemption option. There is no restriction on the number of VIP MasterMind tickets per seller. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All prizes are non-transferable.
