PAYONEER SETUP

Step 1

Head to sell.gearlaunch.com and click on a store that has a payout balance.

Step 2

Click on Payouts in the left navigation menu, then click link Payoneer account. You will be redirected to Payoneer to complete the sign-up/sign-in process. Once you have completed the sign-up/sign-in process, you will be redirected to GearLaunch.

Step 3

Refresh your browser page. You should see that the Payouts page says “Payoneer Account Linked.” It may take a few minutes to complete.

Step 4

Click the Request Payout button. Make sure the “use Payoneer account” option is selected, and request your payout.

After your Payoneer account is linked

Once your Payoneer account is linked, you only need to click the Request Payout button to send us your request. Be sure to have the “use Payoneer account” option selected.

Adding a secondary Payoneer account

Send us a message by using the seller chat support (log into your store, click on “Help” in upper right corner). In your message, give us the name of the store that needs a secondary Payoneer account set up. We will send you info on how to complete this process. Note: Payment processing may take up to 3 days when linking a Payoneer account for the first time.

Fees and Processing Time

No fees from GearLaunch at this time.
Payoneer payouts are processed daily, Monday through Friday, (excluding U.S. banking Holidays.)
Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. If linking a Payoneer account for the first time, processing may take up to 3 days.

PAYPAL SETUP

Step 1

Head to sell.gearlaunch.com and click on a store that has a payout balance.

Step 2

Click on Payouts in the navigation menu and enter the following information into Payout Instructions: “PayPal: [your PayPal email]” then hit Save. This will be saved in the Payout Instructions box each time you request a payout.

Fees and Processing Time

Fees may be passed through by GearLaunch in its discretion.
PayPal payouts are processed daily, Monday through Friday, (excluding U.S. banking Holidays.) Please allow 24 hours for payment processing.

PINGPONG SETUP

Step 1

Head to sell.gearlaunch.com and click on a store that has a payout balance.

Step 2

Click on Payouts in the navigation menu and enter the following information into PingPong Instructions: “: [your PingPong email]” then hit Save. This will be saved in the Payout Instructions box each time you request a payout.

Fees and Processing Time

No fees from GearLaunch at this time..
PingPong payouts are processed daily, Monday through Friday, (excluding U.S. banking Holidays.) Please allow 24 hours for payment processing.

BANK WIRE TRANSFER SETUP

Step 1

Head to sell.gearlaunch.com and click on a store that has a payout balance.

Step 2

In the Payout instructions box, add the following information. Keep in mind that “Beneficiary” is the Account Holder’s information, and all information is required. Missing information will prevent us from issuing your wire until it is provided:

• Beneficiary name
• Beneficiary address
• Beneficiary city
• Beneficiary postal code
• Beneficiary country
• Beneficiary account number
• Beneficiary bank ID/SWIFT code, if account is outside of the U.S.A.
• Beneficiary email
• Wire Routing number for account required if inside the U.S.A.

Step 3

Click the Request Payout button to send us your request.

Fees and Processing Time

• $25 for all wire transfer requests under $10,000

If you are requesting wire transfers for multiple stores to a single bank account, and the combined payout request is greater than $10,000 (international), we will waive the fees if you make all of these requests within 30 minutes.
Bank wire transfers only occur once a day, Monday-Friday, (excluding U.S. banking Holidays). If you make a wire transfer request (with complete information) Monday through Friday before 8am Pacific time, you are likely to receive your payment within 24 hours.
