GearLaunch does not regulate any campaign charity donations. We do not verify the validity of any fundraiser, charity, financial aid, or other type of donation. In the United States, misuse or misrepresentation of charity donations is a federal crime.GearLaunch does not allow independent partners (GearLaunch sellers) to make donation claims or implications within any store hosted on the GearLaunch e-commerce platform. Independent partners with stores on the GearLaunch e-commerce platform are not permitted to create campaigns that claim to donate to charity. Any campaigns found to be in violation will be locked and therefore removed from its store. Sellers will not be able to access or launch locked campaigns.

Prohibition of donation claims on websites or store pages does not apply to Shopify merchants leveraging the GearLaunch Shopify app.
